I was wondering if anyone could give me some weight loss information on what I'm starting.

My goal is to lose 28 pounds, but I want to know how long it'd take if I took up this scheme:

A low carb diet, alongside cycling fifteen miles everyday. Drinking only water; no fizzy drinks. I have been on the low carb diet before, and lost around 14 pounds on it without having to do the exercise. Also, if I started going to the gym every few days, how long would it take then?

Thank-you.

Everyone loses weight at a different rate, but we should all have the same goal of 2 pounds a week. When you start exercising, you might actually notice a weight gain, because muscle weighs more than fat; however, the overall effect of exercising combined with healthy eating is so great! If you must have something besides water, drink a diet drink or unsweet tea. Watch your sugar and salt intake as well. If you lose 2 lbs a week, you are looking at 14 weeks or three and half months. You could however lose more weight a week, and then one week only pound, you know it varies. Just stick with it you can do it! Good Luck!
