Yes. Summer shall be named global warming. Because mysteriously the planet tends to heat up quite a bit during summer. And winter shall be named global cooling. Because like global warming season, somehow, in a odd twist in man's fault for natural planet patterns, the planet tends to grow cold during winter. Spring and Fall shall be considered the transitional periods in which mankind produced the most heat or cold that creates either global warming or global cooling.
Just remember: we are to blame for summer and winter weather. Even before the Industrial Revolution. We are to be blamed for those ice ages and rise in heat too.

The answer is yes. Folks that live at or beyond +/-45 degrees latitude will have to change the seasons' names from Rain, Freezing and Rain (Bloody 'ell), Rain, and Road Construction....to Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. This, of course, has *never* happened in the course of all time and that little "funny" thing that happened in the Jurassic Time...you know, when there were lands near both poles that had mild climates,no glaciers, and annual temperatures that ranged from 2 to 8 degrees F and supported plants and animals, as backed up by fossil records and can not be explained by the IPCC or any of the Yahoo Eco-gurus that claim that climate change is only anthropogenic....is something that we will not talk about. b

Unfortunately you may be right. As sad as it seems, summers are nothing like I remember them as a child. Yes it got hot, like high 80's there was very little to no humidity. Nites were cool enough to sleep without air conditioning running. Most people didn't know what air conditioning in the home even was. Stores had it because there were no windows in them. Kids could play in the summer rain, and you could use the rain water to wash your hair in. Now all its good for is attracting mosquitoes. Summer began in late May, and it was over in mid October. Now you have to guess when the season begins and ends. I don't know about renaming them, but they all will have a new meaning.

Yeah, global warming exists and it only existed since Bush was elected. Prior to the year 2000 there were no hurricanes, no tsunamis, no homeless, no uninsured and everyone lived in a Clintonesque utopia.
Better questions for this forum might be:
Are jets that fly liberals (Algore for example)the only ones that don't burn fossil fuels?
Is poor healthcare in the USA the reason Michael Moore will die of a heart attack or the fact that he is 343 lbs?
Things that make you say...hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

How about don't go to the north pole in december or you will freeze to death even if CO2 were increased by a factor of 10. What would you call that season?

Yea, we're all doomed. Why go to school, get a job, or even try? We'll all be dead in a couple of years.
It has to be true, because the computer models show who devastating the climate is going to be in a short year or two.
And climate models are dead accurate. Look how well they predicted the number of hurricanes over the last 3 years!
