Water has no carbohydrates or any other sources of calories.

Carbohydrates (chains of carbon atoms with hydrogen atoms attached all over them) are sugars and starches. Fruits, vegetables, breads & cereals all have high carbohydrate content.

Sugary drinks also have a high carbohydrate content, fruit and vegetable juices will also provide vitamins and nutrients.
