I have shoulder pain and numbness in my left wrist and arm. I have been symptom diagnosed as carpal tunnel and wearing the brace seems to help but it appears to be getting worse. What are my other treatment options? and is there a test to do to diagnose it for sure?

You can go to the doctor and they can do surgery. My mother in law had it on moth arms and had surgery. BUT, a friend of mine is very much so into alternative medicine. Her husband
had carpal tunnel and she gave him vitamin b to take but no more than 50 mg. Then she had him rub emu oil on all the sore spots a few times a day and his carpal tunnel went away. It may not work for all, but it worked for him and my boyfriend also tried it and it worked for him. There are 2 options..
