I am paying $3,000 for wine and beer for a 5 hour reception.
I am having 3 different types of wine and Champagne for the toast.
1 keg of Coors Light and a keg of Guinness.
Plus top shelf whiskey for the dollar dance.

Depends on what kind of alcohol you're serving, whether you're having top of the line drinks or serving wine and beer only as well as if you're having an open bar. Your "cheapest" route would be to serve wine and beer only, or have a signature cocktail that is the mainstay of the drinking crowd. Plan on 3 -6 drinks per person for an entire wedding reception. Wine usually is served in 4 oz increments and cocktails in 3 -7 oz increments, depending on the size of the glass. Plan on 2 people per bottle of wine, or 4 beers per person, or 6 oz of hard liquor plus mixer for your guests. You can figure your cost from here. I'd also consider giving a favored drinking establishment a call and ask them how much they think it would run to serve what you want.

Depends on how the facility is pricing their bar menus. If you are going to have a large drinking crowd, the cheapest way to go is to have a price per person bar. Should not exceed $12 for the first hour and about $8 per person for the additional hours.
If the crowd is not a big drinking bar, do a hosted bar, where you are charged per drink. Estimate about $15 per person for the duration of the function

depends on what you got and how much of it you wanted to do. say you just did kegs, $200, but if you're guna have wine too, for enough cheap wine would probably run $200-$300, and liquor again depends on what you got. need to narrow it down a little before anyone can give you an idea. "alcohol" is to wide of a subject

A lot! your best bet is to find a hall that has a per-person rate that includes food and alcohol.

Depends on how many booze hounds you would invite.
It would be hard to estimate. I'm sure you will be shocked when you get the bill. People will drink much more if it's free, just human nature I guess. Be careful!
