I read in some books, One of them was scott cunningham, I can't remember the titlle or author. There are some rules, and one of the books said
"Never magick a child without parental permission."
""In order for witches under 18 to join a coven or be taught, they must have parents permission unless they are witches themselves"
"Don't use magick to make someone love you"
"You must practice the mundane ways before using magick"
"Follow the correspondences correctly when casting spells or the spell won't work or it may not come out as intended."
" If you cast a spell without casting a circle, bad things will happen"
"You are not allowed to force and convert people into your faith. They must become a witch out of choice, not by force"
" You are not allowed to perform services for the sole pupose of profit, as greed controls you. The money must cover neccesities needed for service"
Are there any more rules I should follow? I thought that "sin" means breaking the laws of religion

I thought sin means, to break the rules and laws of religion, If you dont accept the concept of sin, what would you call someone who is not following the craft. A fluffy bunny?
I realize that I'm just a fluffy bunny. I really want to continue my spiritual path, I want to learn, i could care less about magick since I never use them anyways.
A Book I've read says that if you are not forgiven for 'sins'. You will not be reincarnated.
In order to be like the other witches, I have to abide by the laws of the Goddess, according to other witches. So I just wanna know if you know any other rules that I should follow. I want to keep studying.

Most of the above rules are sort of guidelines.
as long as you are aware of the consequences of not following these guide lines.
As the saying goes "you always have to pay the piper"...
circles of protection, and closing rites, are good habits to get into.
Not originally Wicca, but many follow the idea
"Commit random acts of Kindness"
Also if you get into the psychic stuff, learn to trust your instincts,

The harm none "rule" is misquoted- it is never fully used, and as such, it is impossible to follow. To say harm none is not something a human being can do- every action and INaction causes harm to something somewhere. The full quote is: "An' it harm none, do what ye will, but if it harm, then do what thou must." So often overlooked, and abused. No, most witches I know don't bother with this. Some even hold by Stregan beliefs in which cursing is a very powerful form of magic. Witches call on gods, animals, spirits - and some of us don't bother with calling on anything at all; we learn early on how to channel energy from the earth through us and use that energy. Much more efficent than using your own, because it all goes back into the earth and is recycles and reused anyway.

My dear child, please do not insult yourself by calling yourself "fluffy bunny". I think you are sincere. A fluffy bunny is a person who does a lot of pretending, and no serious studying of the craft. They call themselves witches to either somehow gain popularity, to impress others and or scare their parents and others. I honestly believe you are above that. You seem to have a pretty good grasp of the "rules" tho none are hard and fast. Yes, in order to join a coven or accept the teaching from other witches you must be 18 or have the "blessings" of your parents. But there is nothing that states you cannot learn on your own. But if you do, take a lot of care. Pay attention to what you read. You can begin casting spells at any age, keeping in mind that a spell is little more than a prayer that has much more feeling and intent behind it. It is asking the god/goddess to assist you in making something happen. She will not do it for you. I don't know if I have helped. But please, call yourself a fledgling witch, or even witchling, but not fluffy bunny! OK?

There are rules, but they do tend to vary from one tradition to another. In general, most Wiccans and Pagans follow some form of the Wiccan Rede, which says, “An’ it harm none, do as you will.” This means that you can’t intentionally or knowingly cause harm to another person. Because there are so many different forms of Paganism, there are dozens of different interpretations of the Rede. Some people believe it means you can’t eat meat, join the military, or even swear at the guy who took your parking spot. Others interpret it a bit more liberally, and some believe that the rule of “harm none” doesn’t apply to self-defense.
In addition, some traditions of Paganism believe in the Law of Threefold Return. This is essentially a karmic payback
In essence - check with the group you patronize...........

Common sense doesn't go out the window, and various groups have their own rules within that group. You just gotta do your research and do what works for you. It's easy to determine deeds that will cause harm and suffering vs. those that do not, so work with it from there.]

Why would you believe in this? Why be a witch (there's no such thing as a good witch), when you can be a child of God. Nothing good can come from practicing magic.

Hmm, all those are great, to those I would only add, "always wear a seatbelt when ye drive". if you risk harming yourself, the risk multiplied by the potential injury shall come back upon you threefold... Or something like that... So don't do it.

You my friend must get out of this now before the snare of the devil is upon you. What are you going to do when they come for you and the most wicked ugly face of satan is before you to carry you into the firey pits of hell. Selah.
Because I don't want to and you can't make me. Don't say you wasn't warned. Even your avatar looks lost.
