Instead of thinking about going on another diet, you should get a program that teaches what proper nutrition really is, and how you can lose weight for the long term. Diets are one of the reasons the obesity rate in this country keeps climbing. A great program that I recommend to my clients is called Precision Nutrition by Dr. John Berardi. You should be asking your doctor for this information. He would run a blood test to see what you are lacking, and make a determination dependent on your height, bone structure, blood pressure, etc.
