Many people are aware that the number of the beast is 666 as stated in the Holy Bible, KJV, Revelation 13:18, to wit: “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
But what is the number of Jesus? The Bible does not explicitly or implicitly give His number. Some say it is 1 or 7 or 777 or 8888 or what have you.
I believe it is 888. Same three digits as 666. The number 8 is like the mathematical symbol for infinity in a vertical position. That is what God is. Infinite. The number 8 is repeated three times which is infinity for each of the three persons in the Trinity—God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit.

The scientific proof for this is the name of Jesus in Greek which is spelled iota, eta, sigma, omicron, upsilon, sigma. Each letter in the Ionic Greek Ciphered Numeral System has an equivalent value. Hence, iota=10, eta=8, sigma=200, omicron=70, upsilon=400, sigma=200. Adding them up gives 888.

Well the only way to know his number would be if we had his birthdate. But Numerology should not have anything to do with it. Also the number of the beast can ba taken many differant ways, 666 can also be 616 in diff languages number systems. And no one really knows how 666 or 616 is used with the beast. Is it a marking or is it to stand for something. who knows.

That's what you said, and that's what is in the Bible, isn't it ?
666, is mans evil nature, not evil itself, but still wrong !
Mans misunderstanding has made that number to be that of the devil.
But, i believe it represents pride. Something the devil had and something that man has.
And it is that same type of pride that will revolt against God again, just as it did when satan got thrown out of Heaven, right from the beginning of Creation.
