The ten commandments are the core of the old covenant, which has 613 laws in it. Some of these laws address sexual sins.
But you are overlooking something important; having a law against something does not stop people from transgressing said law.
The problem isn't the law; the problem is people who would do such things as rape and child molestation.
As Paul points out; the law made sin utterly sinful. It made known the seriousness of sin, but does nothing to curb the human mind from thinking about such sins, followed by committing them.
This then is what the new covenant is about; a new heart; a new Spirit that would not venture to commit such acts.

Both of them are covered by the commandmanet against "adultery". The original Hebrew word used there refers to more than just cheating on your spouse. It includes any sexual activity outside of consensual sex between a married man and woman. That would include rape and paedophilia. It also includes a lot of other things. Had he taken the time to detail them all here, that commandment was be several hundred words long. Instead, he includes deatils about them among 614 other "laws" which follow and expand on the first 10.

In the time that the bible was penned these things were not considered crimes for the most part. Women were viewed as property or second class citizens at best. They were sold for dowries as brides, usually at the ages of 13-16, to much older men. In the bible if a woman is raped she must be sold to the rapist and taken as his bride.
The bible is not what people think it is. It is the law book of a barbaric culture, saturated in myth and superstition.

Thou shalt not commit adultery.
This is also pertaining to any sexual act that is not between a husband and a wife. It includes pedophilia, fornication, homosexuality, bestiality, sodomy, adultery, lascivious behavior(watching porns, masturbating, looking at nude pics and fantasizing) and rape. And yes, even lust.
Also it says in the Bible that no one sin is held higher that the other in Gods eyes. Sin is sin. It will all get you to hell in the end.
Blasphemy on the other hand is where you know that an act is God, you have known God in your heart and you have denied that it was God or is God. That is a little deep for me, but it is my understanding of it.

there are 613 biblical commandments, not 10. "the 10 commanments", which are really called "the 10 statements", are large categories that all of the 613 commandments fall under in some way. pedophilia is not explicitly prohibited, it is simply covered by other explicit commandments that would automatically prohibit pedophilia, and rape is explicitly prohibited.

The ten commandment are only a few rules to live by. There are many more sins that the bible speaks of.
(drunkardness, fornication, witchcraft, and sexual immorality)
Paedophilia and rape are sexual sins and are just as important as the ten commandments. Sin is sin, there is no big or little sin. One sin is not more important than another. It is all severe and punishable with hells fire. : D

The 10 commandments were a very small portion of the overall commandments the Israelites were required to follow. The book of Leviticus contains the numerous other commandments.

You have made a very good point. Probably pedophilia was not widespread in those days and rape is included under not coveting your neighbor's wife, camel and ass.
Women who were not "neighbors"were fair game. After all a man needed some reword after killing his enemies.
