Fruit and milk are probably the easiest if you think pouring cereal out of the box is too much trouble. Everyone does not skip breakfast. I admit that most people don;t have time for bacon and eggs on a working day morning, but people do step into Starbucks or some place like that, and grab something to eat.
When Lieutenant Tragg told Della Street that skipping breakfast was bad for health, she replied that it was "swell for the figure".
Take your choice.

I always do. Some people say they feel more hungry, say mid-morning, when they eat breakfast than when they don't. This is a sign of your metabolism working and is a good thing! If you get into the habit of eating breakfast you will eventually get on schedule. If you don't wake up hungry....what are you eating before you go to bed? It's a good to eat in the morning after you've been essentially fasting for 8 hours to jump start your metabolism.
I usually eat a Fiberone bar (have you tried these? FABULOUS!), w/w toast with PB, or yogurt and high protein cereal (such as Kashi Go Lean).

I only eat breakfast on the weekends when I don't work because eating breakfast makes me sleepy and for some reason makes me more hungry before lunch. There isn't much you can eat that doesn't take time and isn't cereal or a pop tart. Cereal and pop tarts are pretty good breakfast foods. You can also try a bagel, muffin, english muffin, cheese & crackers, granola bar or breakfast bar, maybe some triscuits or something like that.

If you count breakfast as the first meal of the day, then yes, but around 10 a.m. And it's not typical breakfast food, it's usually leftovers or a grilled cheese or a quesadilla. Although if I'm hungry right away in the morning I'll make a bowl of instant grits. Then top it with more butter, pepper, and hot sauce.

I regretable do not eat breakfast in the morning... and i suffer too, i can tell. I never get that jump start i need. The coffee fades after a couple hours and im like a zombie.

But!! I do eat breakfast for dinner sometimes.

Scrambled and Dippy eggs are obviously easy. However, little people know how easy french toast is to make! Seriously its as easy as grilled cheese.

You scramble eggs, milk, an cini or vanilla, put it in a greased skillit on medium heat and in 3 minutes you have yummy french toast!! How easy is that?

yes i do. infact every one shd. its the most important meal of the day. and u shd do it properly. its important coz u have to go to work, a whole working day is in front of u, if ur stomach is nt healthy n full, u will easily feel nostalgic, headaches, etc. and thus resulting in lack of concentration and poor work.

Tomorrow morning, remember that eating a healthy breakfast is the best way to start off your day, and be good to yourself by eating a healthy breakfast. Notice how much better you feel through the morning and the rest of the day when you don't skip breakfast.

I cant stress how important breakfast is. its more important than dinner and lunch!!

I myself skip breakfast and suffer the consequences of being generally exhausted.

If you cant sit down for some cereal or toast which is an easy few minutes then make some museli bars on the weekend for your week.

it doesnt need to be sugar loaded like premade ones..use some honey and add some oats, dried fruit, coconut, nuts and combine! no cooking required.

I work for midnight to 8 in the morning and when I get home, I make a huge breakfast. I didn't have time for that when I worked days but it's the best.

I never eat breakfast. By the time I wake up it's about 10-11 am and I normally just get something to eat on the way to work (which is about 2pm)

Haha I skip it too, only because I am really lazy to make it, and frankly, I'm not that hungry in the morning. Granola/cereal bars, fresh fruit, and toast seem like the easiest things to make.

Actually, eggs aren't too difficult to make either. It's just the clean-up that sucks.
