1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. of onion powder
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1/2 tsp. of cumin
1 tsp. of kosher salt
1/2 tsp. of paprika
1/2 tsp. of ginger
1/4 tsp. of thyme powder

blend. Drizzle the steak with a touch of oil, and rub the spice blend into the meat. Let sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors permeate the meat, and sear on a hot grill or in a hot pan.

Sirloin Steak Rub

I'd make your own, that way you can tailor what you'd like to include and what you don't.

Start with a good ground pepper, the coarser, the better. Good rubs are low in salt, so skip the salt (for now) and add in garlic powder, dry mustard, small amount of chile powder and maybe some onion powder. I'd suggest getting a generic meat tenderizer powder and adding a small part of that to your custom rub.. but be careful, they tend to be salty.

Skip the salt because since you're using a less expensive cut of meat, you want it to hold onto all that moisture, it's going to need it to taste good! Wait until you're done grilling to salt the meat.

This rub has the great flavor of chipotle peppers. Just make sure that the rub is finely ground before using.
INGREDIENTS:

* 2 dried chipotle peppers (use 3 to heat it up a little)
* 3 tablespoons black pepper
* 2 tablespoons dried oregano
* 1 tablespoon dried cilantro leaves
* 1 bay leaf
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon ground dry orange peel

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a spice mill or blender and grind until even and fine. Store in an airtight jar. Will store for about 6 months in the freezer. Great for brisket, steak, and pork.

Wow... If sirloin steak is the "same old stuff" then I wish I could visit you for dinner ;)

Anyways, I typically just use some minced garlic and fresh ground black pepper.

One that my twin brother found that is really good is Cajun Foreplay from the Dinosaur BBQ. The Dinosaur is in Syracuse, NY, which is only like 2 hours from me... But I'm 90% sure you can buy the stuff online too.

Yum...now I'm hungry for steak.
I don't use dry rubs, but you might want to try this:
olive oil
lemon juice
chopped garlic
kosher or sea salt
cracked black pepper
Just use all ingredients to taste, rub on the steak, and grill. Not a marinade, so you don't have to wait any amount of time. It's also delicious with lime juice instead of lemon.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7Fk

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
