I was recently laid off of my job and I've only been there for about six months. Is this enough time to apply for unemployment in Pennsylvania?

Unemployment is based on your income for the past two quarters. If you were employed for 6 months, you will be entitled to benefits. You may not get the full amount but you will get something. This website will tell you how much you can get:

Good luck.

It'll be close, depending on exactly when you started, whether "about six months" is a little over, or a little under. If you had another job before that one, within a year or so ago, earnings from the previous job can be counted also. Your benefits will depend on how much you were earning.

Apply for benefits, and they'll calculate whether you can collect them, and how much.
