Here are a couple of EASY pasta dishes! I also like Kara's ideas, simple and easy and not too many ingredients needed.
Easy Chicken Parmagana
Ingredients
Boneloess chicken breasts (however many you need)
a box of Shake N' Bake
spaghetti noodles
spaghetti sauce
mozarella cheese
water
oil
Method
boil the water for the spaghetti, then put spaghetti in boiling water, make sure to add a teaspoon of oil so the spaghetti will not get stuck together. Also stirring helps.
While that is cooking, prepare the chicken according to the Shake N Bake package. I think it takes around 20-30 min for the chicken to cook.
Then heat the spaghetti sauce in a sauce pan. Since it is already prepared, it only needs about ten minutes.
Now wash spaghetti. Add mozerella cheese on top of the chicken when it is ready. Let the cheese melt, then take it out. Then you are ready to prepare the dishes. Put some spaghetti on plate, then put some sauce on top of the spaghetti, now add the chicken. It is also good if you put some extra sauce on top! It is so easy!
Fettucine
Ingredients You can also add chicken or shrimp!
Pasta (any kind you like)
broccoli
mushrooms
peas
Fettucine sauce in jar (sold at markets)
Capers (optional)
Method
Boil pasta and wash
now in a pan mix the vegetables, pasta and sauce (also add chicken or shrimp if you like)
cook together about 15 min.
Serve with parmesian cheese on top! Delicious!
Not so complicated and easy! Enjoy!

Starter - seafood salad: In a glass bowl mix the following to create a zippy sauce that is wonderful with seafood of all kinds (all measurements are truly meant to be to taste): 1/2 cup ketchup 1-2 TBSP of grated horseradish juice of 1/2 fresh lemon 1/4 - 1/3 tsp Worcestershire sauce Other things that can be added: dash of white wine some grated fresh lemon or lime rind I'd serve as follows: Toss the prawns in the sauce so they are generously coated. Strew bits of lobster and/or crab around the outer edges of a bed of iceberg (or similar crisp, sweet lettuce). Add a squeeze of lemon juice over the seafood. Mound the prawns inside a small lettuce-leaf cup and place at the centre of the salad. Garnish with an extra lemon wedge or some zest. Serve any remaining sauce on the side for dipping the rest of the seafood into. At least give it a try sometime for a dipping sauce instead of the same-old prawn cocktail. This makes for a fantastic crab cocktail on it's own. *** Main; Thai Chilli Chicken in Peanut Sauce Thin slice two breasts of chicken. In a hot pan, stir fry the chicken with three or four sliced spring onions and two or three de-seeded sliced chillies in a small amount of sesame oil until the chicken is just cooked through. Remove from heat and keep warm. Meanwhile, cook two portions of very thin noodles and prepare the sauce as follows; In a heat proof bowl combine 1/4 cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter plus 1/4 cup cream coconut or coconut milk and 1/2 cup of boiling water until it makes a nicely combined sauce. (You can make more if you want more sauced; no matter what you use to measure the above, just keep the ratio the same: 1 part peanut butter, 1 part coconut and 2 parts boiling water). Serve by mixing the chicken into the peanut sauce and divide over the portions of cooked pasta - serve immediately. *** For desert; how about Mayan inspired brownies? Email me and I will provide the recipe. Cheers!

well..if you are not skilled in the kitchen, you can make a salad, pasta and cheescake fairly easily. All this stuff is quick and most of the ingredients are pre-packaged and can be found at any market.
salad-mixed greens salad mix (spring mix), balsamic vinagrette, blue cheese (how much depends on you), 1 cut up granny smith apple, 1 small pack candied walnuts. Put greens on plate and top it with the dry ingredients, drizzle with vinagrette.
pasta- linguine, ready-made alfredo sauce, raw shrimp. Cook shrimp in a pan with a tsp olive oil until pink. Cook pasta. Toss pasta with sauce and shrimp. You can add cooked peas, brocolli or fresh bacon bits to make it different. You can add spices if you want- pepper, garlic powder and/or parsley.Garnish with parsley for a restaurant-style finish.
cheesecake- graham cracker pie crust, philadelphia style ready-made cheesecake filling (in the aisle where the cream cheese usually is), toppings of your choice (you can use crumbled oreos and chocolate syrup, caramel and crumble turtles, or fresh fruit that has been drizzled with grand marnier)
Hope this helps. Good luck.

I have a great dish, it's called Mexican Surprise. Everyone who's ever eaten it when I cooked it absolutely loves it. I mean 100% no fail food that everyone eats. Here's the recipe.
1lb. Hamburger Meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans rotel (small) or 1 lrg. can (buy the "hot" rotel if you like really hot stuff)
1 can Pet Milk
1 lb. cheddar or mixed cheese
1 bag Doritos
(optional) 1 can black olives
Brown hamburger meat in a pan, season with garlic salt to taste.
Place Pet milk, rotel, and soups in a medium to large sauce pan. Heat till simmering. Do not let boil.
Slice black olives if bought whole.
Shred Cheese.
Drain meat. Place a layer of Doritos in bottom of large baking pan. Layer some of the meat. Layer soup mixture. Layer cheese. Repeat Doritos, meat, soup mixture and cheese until all gone. Should end up with cheese on top. Spread out sliced black olives on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Take off foil. Let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Note: If you like really hot stuff and even the "hot" rotel doesn't make this hot enough, you can also top with sliced jalepeno along with the black olives before placing in the oven.
I hope you like my recipe and I hope you enjoy your night. I serve this dish with salad and it's a full meal. As far as deserts go, if he likes cheesecake and you don't feel comfortable making one, I'd go buy one at Sam's, they have great cheesecake there. Good luck!

This recipe has a ton of ingredients, but it tastes really good, and you probably have many of these things in your house already. It also only takes about 20 minutes.
Sautee up a few (I like mine garlicy so I use 3) cloves of garlic and about 1/4 of an onion in olive oil. Make sure that you season them with salt and pepper. In the oven broil up some small tomatoes. If you are using grape, you shouldn't need to cut them, if you are using cherry tomatoes I would suggest that you cut them in half. I prefer the cherry myself. Coat them liberally with olive oil, salt and pepper. You should be on a really high heat, probably 475 so they cook really quickly. My oven only goes froms 475 to broil so I need to be careful. You will see when they just get slightly brown around the edges they are done.
Now back to your onions and garlic, add 1/2 c. white wine, let this simmer slightly for 3 - 4 minutes. Then add 3 tbsp of butter to this while you are mixing quickly. Then add shrimp. I prefer mine peeled and deviened, you can do this yourself. If you like a really shripmy flavor leave the shells on. But it does not look as nice as you present and eat.
Then toss in al dente (slightly undercooked) linguini that you have seasoned liberally with salt. If the sauce starts to get to dry add a little bit of the pasta water. Finish by tossing in the roasted tomatoes, fresh ripped basil and fresh grated parm cheese.
It's simple and deslish.
For dessert, take the easy way out. Philadelphia makes a cream cheese mixture for cakes. It's not the same if you make it yourself, but it's still good. Add a tbsp. of fresh lemon zest to it. In a pan spread out premade cookie dough. I generally use chocolate chip, but you can use any. Top with the cheese cake mixture. Bake according to the directions. If your man really likes chocolate, top with nutella.

Stuffed shells is easy and great. I pre-cook the shells then stuff with Ricotta, parm, herbs, and 1 egg mixed together then put in shells then cover with your fav. spag sauce. The organic ones in glass jars have the best flavor, serve with a salad and garlic bread. Then just buy a cheescake at your local baker.
