We were discharged in April 2005.
Original creditor filed a claim and the court denied their claim. House was sold at auction 3 months prior to filing ch 13.
New mortgage reported after discharge with new account numbers and have a new last pymt for 2004 which is not true.
Never made payments to new co.

Has your bankruptcy been discharged? Or are you still on your payment plan? Did you let the house go? Or did you re-affirm the mortgage?

It is very common for mortgage companies to sell mortgages, especially if there's bankruptcy. If they are contacting you, talk to your bankruptcy lawyer.

If this is a matter of them adding negatives to your credit report, just dispute it as being the same mortgage included in your bankruptcy.
