How about a fresh salad? Cherry tomatoes, spring onions, fresh rocket, yellow and/or green pepper [capsicum], olives, cheese of choice, fresh mint leaves and lettuce.
Or you can do the fresh steamed veggies, ie. fresh broccoli or green peas.
Or you can make some gemsquash or pumpkin will go very well with fish.
NB. I also try to follow a low carb diet, makes me feel much lighter and energetic. So long as you eat loads of vegetables with you protein, it is not a problem... :)

Sounds yummy. Along with the brown rice suggesstion, I'd also add a veggie of your choosing.
How about some asparagus or squash. They sell both in the frozen food section and take only minutes to prepare.
Whatever you finally choose, enjoy the meal!
Salmon's my fav...as long as it's not farm raised, try and find wild salmon if possible.
