Not really. It only would be a problem if the earth and it's conditions never changed. Evolution categorically dismisses that idea, since in order to have natural selection and evolution, change must occur.

If the earth were exactly the same today as it were in the past, then yes, this would be a problem. But given that there have been many atmospheric and other changes, I would be more surprised if abiogenisis were still occuring today, rather than surprised it isn't.

There is no such thing as any Law of Bio Genesis. It is just a fabrication of creationists. Frankly this just shows extreme ignorance of what a law even is in science.

A law is a statement describing a relationship observed to be invariable between or among phenomena for all cases in which the specified conditions are met.

Even if your "law of Bio Genesis" were true ( which is highly disputable ) it wouldn't meet the conditions of a law as it is not a relationship between phenomena.

Pasteur's observation that Life did not arise under the conditions of his experiment is no more evidence than life could not have arisen under other circumstances than the Wright Brothers flight demonstrated Moon landings were impossible because the Wright brothers didn't land on the Moon.

Are you asking about the origins of life? The origin of life is, strictly speaking, not part of the Theory of Evolution, which is concerned with the origin of species from other species.

Theories about the origin of life are on less secure scientific grounds than Evolution. That does not mean that it will never be understood, or that Evolution is invalid, or that the origin of life was supernatural, it just means that we don't understand it yet.

Evolution is a model that is constantly being revise as our understanding of it improves. This is not to say that it did not occur or that it's validity is in question, just that many of the mechanics of it are not fully understood.

If the "law of biogenesis" (I had to look it up) is valid, then yes, it would be. In so far as I can determine, it hasn't been proved, and the only evidence I can find in favor of it boils down to "it sure looks that way to me". That's anecdote, not science.

No. The origin of life issues have no bearing on common descent. All evidence shows that all life on Earth descended from a common ancestral life form. It does not matter how that life arose.

There is no "law", its called "abiogenesis" and no, the observed changes in species over time (aka evolution) stands on its own.
