Right up my alley! (or used to be...)

With orange juice you have a screwdriver.
With club soda, lemonade, and cherry juice garnished with slices of orange and cherries you have a Tom Collins - my personal favorite.
Another great drink some friends of mine made when they were running low on cash: Half a bottle of strawberry orange juice(not concentrate), three cups of sugar, and a large bottle of strawberry vodka well shaken and served with ice - one of the sweetest and most intoxifying drinks I've ever had.

Freezing vodka before you add it to drinks helps emensly to hide the taste - don't freeze low proof in glass bottles without opening it thou or it will break the bottle.

I really hope you are over 21! otherwise you shouldn't be drinking.

Oh, and if you make your first drink stronger than you would like with at least 3 shots for an 8 oz glass you won't even taste the second no matter how strong it is!

If you're looking for a mixer that will kill the taste of vodka, the problem then is not the mixer, but the vodka. Cheap vodka, like the one most bars rely on if you order something with vodka, has a harsh taste. Smirnoff's, or even the more popular Absolut, are two brand names of lower quality vodkas. Next time you order a drink with vodka, order a cranberry and Kettle One, or cranberry and Belvediere, those are two higher quality vodkas that you will barely taste when mixed with juices. If you like orange or pineapple juices, those also mix well with the better vodkas.

Creator/contributor's comments:
My friends and I came up with this drink on my birthday with the ingredients I already had in my house. This drink is very sweet and the vodka is virtually undetectable if mixed in the right proportions. So beware this one sneeks up on you hence the name. Best if consumed through a straw with lots of ice, or well chilled.

Why don't you just drink some cheap white wine instead... that will get you drunk and it tastes better than vodka! Or... try adding coke to your vodka... lots of it. When you're drunk enough you don't taste the vodka anyway!

the best thing to mix with vodka is Gin, tequilla, triple sec, rum and sweet sour mix---make yourself a nice long island iced tea and you won't taste anything....they are good...just don't add too much of the sweet and sour mix unless you really want an upset stomach...lol I hope this helps...

Get some Hi C. Its really easy to mix. If you can still taste it then add more juice. You can also use it for a chaser too.

First of all, buy good stuff like absolut or better yet Gray Goose. (no hangovers) and mix it with Tonic and a lime in a short glass. Very little taste.

That is so sad. Why don't you drink a liquor that you like the taste of?

Vodka is best over ice - straight up.
