NONE OF THESE DIETS WORK!!!!
TYhere is only one way to lose weight healthily. Eat healthier food, do more excercise!!!!
The current reccomended healthy eating plan is four or five small to medium meals a day, each one (apart from breakfast) should contain some carbohydrates (rice/pasta/potatoes etc) some protien (chicken, fish, etc) and lots of vitamins minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). You can pile your plate high with as much veg and snack on as much fruit/fruit juice as you like.
Also excercise is essential. Cardio excercise will not only keep you healthy, increase your lung function and decrease your resting heart rate, it will also burn off a lot of calories, keeping you slim.
Weight training is also important, use light weights with lots of reps and you will tone and define your muscles without 'bulking up', which will keep your body strong and supple, but also increase your metabolism so you burn off even more calories even when you are resting!

Hi
Not sure where this 11 day diet comes from. But please do not fall for such a scam. There are many promises out there - some may work initially and from my experience they usually fail as the weight returns in a few months time. I suggest that you take a re-look at your diet and it is always your food intake along with the lifestyle, your habits that need to change. You should take lots of fruits and vegetables, fish, lean meat, whole grains as part of the your weight loss diet. Remember that health should be your first priority and losing weight second. You can check out for more at http://weightlossdietclub.com.
Sincerely
Jessie

That is too rapid a weight loss, likely you are not eating enough and the loss was mostly water. Safe dieting means a loss of 0.5 to 1.0 kg per week.
A reduced calorie diet of about 1000 to 1200 cal a day including 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies, 2-3 servings of protein, 3-6 servings of complex carbs, 2-3 servings of dairy every day and 30-60 minutes a day of moderate exercise like brisk walking will take off your weight at a safe rate.

twice in my life I have gone up to size 22 dress size (I'm now a size 10 at 37 years old)not a single fad diet worked for me - tried em all - atkins, weightwatchers, cabbage soup, you name it - nothing worked. The only thing which did work was so blindingly simple. Eat only when you are hungry and only till you are sated - it doesn't matter if you have half a plate of food left - if you are full, get rid of it. Womens bodies are best designed to handle small, frequent meals - so instead of 3 huge meals a day with snacks in between, try having healthy nutritious snack meals (about 5-7 a day)
ps I havent exercised since my teens but I do walk a lot

10 POUNDS? That guy is just telling you what you WANT to know, not the truth. It's physically impossible to lose 10 pounds in 11 days unless you eat ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and exersize nonstop for 15 or more hours every day. Which is physically impossible as well. Most people losing weight lose 1 pound per week. Any more is extremelly unhealthy. So in 11 days... a pound and a half.

Those diets are a scam. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat better foods and exercise daily. Stay away from soda, sugar, fatty foods, etc. and exercise, and you will lose weight. Pills do not work either.
