I too, believe Jesus is God's son according to the bible. You can not just look at each scripture alone you must look at the whole bible. I believe Jesus was God's first creation and he was with his Father and together they created. There are just too many scriptures to support that God is God and Jesus his his son who came on earth as a perfect example of his Father.
I know there is so much more to it than what I said, its difficult to put into words sometimes and I don't mean to offend anyone.
I have studied the bible for over 10 years and no matter how I look at it, I still believe that Jesus is God's son not God.

Correct. While. Jesus is often called the Son of God in the Bible, nobody in the first century ever thought of him as being God the Son. Even the demons, who "believe there is one God," knew from their experience in the spirit realm that Jesus was not God. So, correctly, they addressed Jesus as the separate "Son of God." (James 2:19; Matthew 8:29) And when Jesus died, the pagan Roman soldiers standing by knew enough to say that what they had heard from his followers must be right, not that Jesus was God, but that "certainly this was God's Son."—Matthew 27:54.
Hence, the phrase "Son of God" refers to Jesus as a separate created being, not as part of a Trinity. As the Son of God, he could not be God himself, for John 1:18 says: "No one has ever seen God."—RS, Catholic edition.
The disciples viewed Jesus as the "one mediator between God and men," not as God himself. (1 Timothy 2:5) Since by definition a mediator is someone separate from those who need mediation, it would be a contradiction for Jesus to be one entity with either of the parties he is trying to reconcile. That would be a pretending to be something he is not.
The Bible is clear and consistent about the relationship of God to Jesus. Jehovah God alone is Almighty. He created the prehuman Jesus directly. Thus, Jesus had a beginning and could never be coequal with God in power or eternity.

Is it rediculous that you tear down straw men and attack what you know nothing about? Put your toy sword away before you knock somebody's eye out!
First, Jesus didn't have to SAY He was the Son of God, He only had to ACT like it.
Second, Jesus DID agree when OTHERS said He was the Son of God.
Third, He DID accept and receive worship from others.
The koran just tells stories that are totally unrelated to reality.
You can read about the life and times of Jesus Christ as recorded by four of his close friends and followers, Matthew the tax collector, John the beloved, Luke, who was with Jesus from the beginning of His ministry, even though he was not chosen as one of the twelve, and Mark.
You don't hurt anybody but yourself when you ask questions like that. Jesus made it VERY clear who He was - oh - yes - He DID say that God sent His Son into the world, and that anybody who does NOT believe in him is condemned because of their sins. He said that God would grant special pardon to anyone who repents and believes in the Son of God.
Finally, why would you follow a dead man over the living Son of God????? THAT is what is sooo rediculous and weird!
Additional comment to rev:
Don't forget that Jesus also said, "You believe in God, now also believe in me", among all the other Scriptures you presented. Good job :-)

How convenient that Muhammed mentioned Jesus, but that Jesus never mentioned him! Oh! He did mention him--just not by name. Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves." Again, one of Jesus' disciples says "I John 4:1-4: 1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that[a] Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world." The Quran is not of God, cause God is never changing. There is nothing useful in the Quaran for man today. I would hope that you realize I speak not for myself, but for the one and true God. "No one comes to the Father but through Me--John 14:6"

Disagree. The scriptures do tell us that Jesus was Lord God. I think of Exodus and Psalms (between 83-89 inclusive; I was reading the Psalms text earlier this morning). The 'difficulty' may be that in USA, an addition has been allowed to the word of God, we commonly in the USA presently refer to it as the red letter edition, which started about 100 years ago.

You are in error. The Bible does state that Jesus is God. You can see all the quotes referenced above this answer and below it. There's no reason for me to type them again.
I actually believe that Mohamed was a minor prophet and Jesus is much greater than he is. Those who believe in the Quran are the misguided ones.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Joh 1:6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
Joh 1:7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
Joh 1:8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
Joh 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
Joh 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
Joh 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Joh 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Joh 1:15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
Joh 1:16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
Joh 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ

The Qu'ran says that Jesus replaced into born of a virgin, ought to accomplish miracles and in Surah 19 it says that the hot born Jesus even estimated his dying and resurrection.... so why does the Qu'ran say that Jesus is in effortless terms a prophet? The witnesses even say that Jesus died and rose lower back and the hot testomony data that Jesus' own brothers did no longer believe till after the resurrection and then there replaced into Saul of Tarsus (who became St. Paul) who hated Christianity and Jesus got here and placed him on the wonderful path. So do i believe people who have been there or the writings 6 centuries later? John 10:30 " I and the daddy are one." John 8:fifty 8 (New American familiar Bible) fifty 8 Jesus reported to them, "quite, quite, I say to you, in the previous Abraham replaced into born, i'm." Jesus will improve them up? Who yet God ought to try this? John 6:40 4 "no you are able to truly come to Me except the daddy who sent Me attracts him; and that i will improve him up on the final day. John 14:9 Jesus reported to him, "Have I been so long with you, and yet you haven't any longer come to appreciate Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the daddy; how are you able to declare, 'instruct us the daddy'? The Jews understood it, the intense priest tearing his outfits and yelling blasphemy are evidence! Matthew 26:sixty 4-66 (New American familiar Bible) 64Jesus reported to him, "you have reported it your self; nonetheless I inform you, hereafter you will see THE SON OF guy SITTING on the wonderful HAND OF ability, and drawing near the CLOUDS OF HEAVEN." 65Then the intense priest tore his robes and reported, "He has blasphemed! What further choose can we've of witnesses? Behold, you have now heard the blasphemy; 66 what do you think of?" They responded, "He merits dying!" and yet all over lower back. John 10:33 The Jews responded Him, "For a sturdy artwork we don't stone You, yet for blasphemy; and because you, being a guy, make your self out to be God." They Jewish leaders rejected it, i'm hoping sometime you hit upon the salvation of affection of God shown in Jesus. John 20:28 Thomas responded and reported to Him, "My Lord and my God!" Now as on your quite "thrilling" claims approximately Jesus and Moses, Islam wasn't created till 6 centuries after Jesus' resurrection and Moses replaced right into a descendant of Ambraham, Isaac and Isral (Jacob)... they have been Jewish!

Your "question" shows your reliance on heresay evidence among Islamists. They seem to have no problem bearing false witness.
Scripture does relate how Jesus claimed to be God, and worthy of being worshiped.
Islam is full of examples of your prophet being his own witness.

In John 8:58, when quizzed about how he has special knowledge of Abraham, Jesus replies, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am"—invoking and applying to himself the personal name of God—"I Am" (Ex. 3:14). His audience understood exactly what he was claiming about himself. "So they took up stones to throw at him; but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple" (John 8:59).
