You spend four years learning it at college. Japanese is one of those complex languages that cannot be easily translated by a machine - machines usually can only translate Latin-based languages with any degree of accuracy. If you can't be bothered to learn it yourself, and you are worried enough about accuracy to mind a translation program's horrible rendition, you could hire a translator.

Human translator is the best. Either you can copy and paste the whole bulk email here or ask someone u know who knows Chinese and Japanese to translate for it.

Online translator can translate basic but not complex sentence and may not be correct.
