God is simply a concept, an idea in the mind. The "world", whatever you mean by that (it could mean the earth or it could mean the world of people on the earth) cannot be "in trouble" with a concept in the mind.

Psalm 9:17
The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

God is blunt and to the point. God never beats around the bush. God is not wishy washy.

Soon the nations will know themselves to be but men. Yes, mere men and nothing else and not able to save themselves.
They will know that they need God to save them. Repent and wake up world because soon you will meet the Creator.
