Get a check up to find out if your thyroid is working properly.

Start exercising more and make sure that you are eating enough. If you have been on a low calorie eating regimen you body is in starvation mode and trying to conserve everything you eat.

Larger muscles burn more calories than small muscles even and rest. So build up some muscle. You do not need to look like a weight lifter. Just start moving! Walking and swimming are excellent places to start.

Remember this is a slow process. I do not know your fitness level. Start/begin at your comfort level in terms of time and exertion. Stay at that level for a week or 2 and then gradually add more time to your walks or swims etc.

Exercise! That's what I did, and it WORKS! Do what you enjoy, don't start off doing too much or you'll either exhaust yourself to the point where you can't do it for a while, or sustain an injury that also puts you out of action.

You can walk - I did 2 hours a day for 3 months - swim, play badminton or tennis, ride, cycle, or go to the gym. Whatever floats your boat.

do not eat meat and other heavy food at night or after 6PM. exercise, balance diet are a few ways to increase your metabolism. worry free, chewing your food well and enjoying your meals are the best way to have a healthy apetite.

o for an early morning walk or run, keep excerising throuout the day.. eat 6 meals a day but eat small amounts. good luck

drink a lot of water that the only way i can advice to you so you feel full even you was not eating, so on that way you gonna lose weight..

Some people say taking kelp tablets can help too.
