I have a recipe, but don't know the calories, fat and fiber, so I need to figure out the points from scratch. Is there a program out there that I can plug the ingredients into so I don't have to figure out each ingredient individually?

Okay, is there a free calculator? I'm a Weight Watcher member, but don't have an online subscription, so I don't have access to the cool tools.

No, there isn't, unforunately. You pretty much have two options.

1) Calculate all the points from everything, add them together and divide by the number of servings or;
2) Sign up for WW online (or etools) for the Recipe Builder.

Back in the day (before WW online) calculating the recipe by hand is what we did, and that was hard! I've been a member of WW online before and I'll tell ya, the recipe builder is fantastic!

I know it's not exactly what you wanted to hear, but I hope my outline helps you anyhow.
