Gerald Gardner founded Wicca in the 20's. Well.... kind of. Thats when his first book on Wiccan Theology was published but whether you'd call it "founding" is another thing entirely since much of the religion dates older than Christianity and it didn't popularize in any form until at least the 50's.
And you know, you people are funny. All religions are manmade so claiming they came from any god is idiotic.

Jesus Christ himself founded my religion and He is the Head of our Church. He founded it when He became man to save the sinners on earth. You can find my religion when you read the bible, New Testament.
