Wow you are on a roll today...ok once again..it depends on which gospel you are reading
Matthew,Mark and luke all indicate that Simon Carried the cross

While the Gospel of John Clearly indicates that he carried it himself
John 19:17 and carrying the cross by himself, he went out to what is called the place of the scull, which in hebrew is called golgotha. No mention of Simon at all in the book of John.

Notice that not all the stories match up.

A man named Simon, from Cyrene. According to Matthew 27:26-36.

Simon of Cyrene carried it part way...I believe the verse is in Matthew 27 which tells the story of the crucifixtion. Love in Christ, ~J~

from the KJV John 17:19...it doesn't say that he carried the cross by Himself...its says he bore it..."bearing it..." and it didn't say for how long or how far...though it is though that when He reached Golgotha He bore the cross from there.

According to Matthew 27:32, it was Simon (which means, by the way, "hearing") of Cyrene. The verse reads, "And as they came out, they found a man of Cy- re'- ne, Simon by name; him they compelled to bear his cross."

And while Jesus had cried out returned in a noisy voice, he gave up his spirit. [Matthew 27:50] With a noisy cry, Jesus breathed his final. [Mark 15:37] Then Jesus, crying with a noisy voice, stated, "Father, into thy hands I dedicate my spirit!" And having stated this he breathed his final. [Luke 23:40 six] while Jesus hence had won the vinegar, he stated, "that's finished:" and he bowed his head, and passed away. [John 19:30] Matthew and Mark do no longer specify words, so Luke and John furnish the only direct contradiction. ---------- notice: to make sparkling some thing, the final particular recorded words in Matthew and Mark are "My God, my God, why have you ever forsaken me?". in spite of the undeniable fact that, i'm giving the bible the earnings of the doubt with the final "loud cry" which could correspond to the Luke or John account of ultimate words spoken on the crucifixion.

Jesus carried it a part of the way then there was a man I believe his name was Simon that carried it the rest of the way. The soldiers pulled him from the crowd because Jesus had been beaten so severly before the Crusifixion he could not make it the entire way.

Why bother with trivia, when you can think about why Jesus said to the women who were weeping for him.... weep not for me, but weep for yourself and for your own children.

That doesn't sound like "good news for mankind" to me. Sorry, but your question just moved me on to what I think is most important in that final chapter of the Lord's physical life.
