Tesco & technika not a good combination

I believe LCD pictures are at their clearest when the screen has warmed up sufficiently. The action of turning it on and off for several successive times speeds up the warm up time, because the TV basically sends an initial surge to warm it up quickly to begin with. Repeating several times means you reach the warmed up point quicker. The only thing I would add is that you might be doing damage to the display that may not be noticed for a while to come.

Because it's a Technika. It's cheap because it's poorly made, using low-quality components. Hence, you will have poor quality sound and picture

Sorry, but you get what you pay for. Remember, "Buy cheap, buy twice".

i would say that your aerial is not starting up and recieving signals at the same time as your tv.

consult an electrician or a proffesional if it is really bothering you

try turning it off on the wall and then on again, not just by standby
