Unless you are setting up a Server as the Adminstrator you don't need it.
Server Software is just that Server Software.
It is similar to but not the same as Professional.
You will find that Proffesional is probably the most stable of all the windows software.
So unless you are setting up a server to administer to 50 or more computers you don't need it

these 2 windows are different and you can install them in to seprate drive in your computer

Buy another hard drive and just plug in the one that you want to use.
