how do you delete the microsoft bluetooth program from my window xp ??????????

First off why would you.
More than likely you will find that there is a direct tie in with other software on XP.
Blue tooth is and can be multifunction, and my quess is there is no harm in not fooling with it.
The software enables you to use a propritory Bluetooth furnished by Cell Phone Providers.
Trying to remove it may very well cause you more problems than you are wanting to deal with.
