Depends on what you mean by "most hated". We're the least trusted, for sure.
Homosexuals are probably hated more intensely, but atheists are hated less intensely by more people.

No, our lovely friends in LBGT section are the most hated.
African Americans are 2nd on the list
We are the third on the list.
I wish people could just let people take their own paths.
I don't see how it has anything to do with anyone else on who you are.
People it is time the hateful bashing stops.
We should be moving into the future. Not living in the past.
It's time to put this crap to bed once and for all.

What??? Do you mean non believers hate Christians. The ones I know don't hate people that believe in God (persecute judge). Now as far as Christians LOL that is based on the individual if you answer for non believers that's putting words in other peoples mouths, or majority of Christians hate them? (I believe in God I personally don't hate non believers but as far as Christians each individual would have to answer that for themselves).

I remember a fairly recent survey was done that came to the result that atheists are the least trusted group of people in America. Sucks for me, boo hoo.

Are you asking me? If you're asking me, I would say no. I don't hate atheists. As a matter of fact, I love them.

No. In my opinion that distinction belongs to us Christians. Until we accepted Christ we were all atheist. Christians do not hate people who are not Christian we do not however embrace their belief that does not have Jesus as its foundation.

No, christians are by far, and have a proven, documented history of it too. Christians are hated by the Jewish religion, Islam. In general, atheist think christians are stupid. Agnostics can't stand christians telling them there is only one God. People that don't have an opinion, but just enjoy life sometimes come to hate christians too, because they say things that make them feel like the things they enjoy should make them feel guilty and in sin. The ancient Romans hated christians, and did huge executions. For years, the Roman Catholic church picked out certain heritics, such as Tyndale, and had them either recant there separate belief in Christ and the freedom He gave to believers, or had them burned at the stake. Christians are blamed for killing Indians, the Crusades, the Burning of Rome, conquest of the Aztecs, and many other things, which really had to do with religious society, that was mainly Catholic, or nothing at all. There was government religion back then, so it was common for everyone to be christian, and yet not know what it was to be one. People really didn't read the bible either, because it was too expensive to get a copy back then. So, by far, christians are more hated than any other people, besides Jews. And, Jews often hate christians. Majority rules in favor of the christians here. Sorry.
And muslims have a doctrine in their koran, that you can read yourself, printed over and over again that commands the wiping out of christians and Jews.
These are a few passages from the good old Koran:
"Fight and slay the pagans [Christians] wherever ye find them and seize them, confine them, and lie in wait for them in every place of ambush" (Surah 9:5)
"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the last day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and his apostle nor acknowledge the religion of truth of the people of the Book (the Jews and the Christians) until they pay the Jizya [tax on non-Muslims] with willing submission and feel themselves subdued." (Surah 9:29)
"Those who follow Muhammad are merciless for the unbelievers but kind to each other." (Qur'an 48:29)
"Enmity and hatred will reign between us until ye believe in Allah alone." (Qur'an 60:4)
Say to the Unbelievers, if (now) they desist (from Unbelief), their past would be forgiven them; but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already (a matter of warning for them). And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily God doth see all that they do. (Qur'an 8:37-39)
And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God; but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practice oppression. (Qur'an 2:193)
"Fight the unbelievers in your surroundings, and let them find harshness in you." (Qur'an 9:123)
"For he who believes in the Trinity, "the Fire will be his abode … a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemer." Qur'an (5:72-73)
"You (the Jews) should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle and I wish to expel you from this land (Arabia) (Hadith, 4363)
"I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslims." (Hadith Sahih 4366)
"They [the Children of Israel] were consigned to humiliation and wretchedness. They brought the wrath of God upon themselves, and this because they used to deny God's signs and kill His Prophets unjustly and because they disobeyed and were transgressors" (Sura 2:61).

I think most "Christian" Americans hate Muslims more these days, for equally irrational reasons.
Don't they remember Jesus said something about "love thy enemy"?
