Here's my testimonial
I gave up caffiene for three months, the effects were what I assume the same as a meth withdrawel, I was sleepy all the time, only time I've ever fallen asleep at work, was highly irratable, I lost all passion for life, I think it may have pushed me into an undiagnosed case of depression.

Finally I realized it wasn't worth it. I returned to a steady diet of caffiene and went back to my regular, normal self.

there are pros and cons to giving up caffeine- here are the cons- caffeine gives you the much needed morning boost studies show caffeine improves efficiency coffee stifles your appetite here are the pros- it improves your skin it greatly improves your sleep cycle no more coffee breath... ick caffeine works on highs and then lows- so you have a lot of energy and then your as lack-luster as the morning hours.. coffee leads to carb cravings all in all- everything is okay within reason a cup of coffee once a week wont do any harm- just don't turn it into a daily habit

I gave up caffeine once. I began sleeping more.
On the downside, I slept from March 3, 1995 to September 16, 2001.

I felt more alive and awake when I gave up caffeine. Of course the only thing I was drinking was water so that might have helped some. I should do that again I felt really good.

When I gave up caffenine it was pretty easy. You can still drink soda, but the non-caffeine kind. Its not so bad. I dont drink soda. When I go to a restruant I will get water and when I'm at my house I drink water. It is just healthier for the body and thats what I'm looking for.

reducing my caffeine intake meant that I was less tired and had more energy. Also helped reduce my migraines.

no palpitations...reduced sleep pattern disturbance and no bad breath after a coffee breath (coffee causes your breath to stink, so be sure to chew a mint after)
