she could have a urine infection that could explain the smell not eating and drinking more than usual.
the panting could be down to the weather or she could have a heart condition as that makes dogs pant more .
good luck today hope your dog gets well soon

This sounds (given her age and symptons, and the fact that she is in season), like a pyometra, which is a severe infection of the uterus.

If your dog is otherwise in reasonably good health for her age, the vet would likely opt to spay her and put her on high dose antibiotics if this is the case.

It is definetly important to get her to a vet as soon as possible, because if it is a pyometra, the condition can be fatal if left untreated for too long!

Best of luck!

I would say she has a bladder infection. During her weeks of being in heat at age 10 and not having been spade, she will be more prone to infections and have health problems earlier in her life than fixed dogs her age. I'm so sorry. I know its hard when your pet cant tell you what hurts, but you are doing the right thing by taking her to the vet tomorrow. (what breed is she? curious) Best wishes to you and her.

Better to bring her to her vet for check-up + blood test if she have any cancer or other health problem.
It will save her life ASAP & you don't have to worry too much as well.
If het vet told you that she is ok after her check-up & blood test, you have to ask her vet is there any way she can Spaying by this age,Make sure her heart is normal before she can have any surgery.

Could be a UTI, bladder problem, etc.
Spaying at a young age reduces risk of cancer of the uterus. The longer she goes unfixed, the more at risk she gets.

Good luck!!
