hi

your problem is not so bad as compared to what i have seen.
I also had oily face once but by the grace god now its almost gone.
All you need to do is

1) Avoid oily food.
2) Dont use face wash , use soaps like dove for washing your face.
3) Drink water in early morning before having anything. that is empty stomach daily. A small glass is enough.
4) If you are using hair oil, avoid it till your problem is reduced to great extent , but hair oil is very good for strenthening the hair so apply it in night before sleeping and wash it cleanly in the morning.
5) For your forehead do prostrations that is "sajda" called in urdu. do it as you wish . daily 5 to10 for 15 secs each. this will increase the blood flow to your forehead (head) and brightn it. this also lightens the face glow...
6) And if you are a non-vegeterian, reduce having non-veg.

That is all from me.

Wash your face with soap/cleanser for oily/combination skin.. Most drugstores have them and they aren't expensive (nuetrogena, clean and clear etc) Also, pick up a bottle of witch hazel and some cotton pads and lastly some moisturizer for oily/combo skin. Wash you face 2x a day and use the witch hazel as a toner.. It's alcohol free so it's NOT drying, but will keep your pores clear. The moisturizer will keep your face nice and moist but, not cause break-outs.. Wash your face AM/PM and always take off your make-up ! If you have long hair sleep with it off your face.. I like to use and old t-shirt sleeve as a headband... You're oily skin should improve... Good luck

Well, you have an oily skin which is good coz this type of skin doesn't age fast, in other words it ages slower than dry skin. It will get less oily when you grow older. I don't think there is something to do about this!

because you are ********* the skin of it's natural oils, it produces more oil to make up for lost oil. if you cleanse your face no more than twice a day, make sure to moisturize, and use products suited to your skin type, it should fix itself up in time.
