ive just developed some spots on my forhead but they havnt come out propably yet?

is there anything i can use to stop them getting worse?

Wash with cleanser and water, do not vigorously scub.

isopropyl alcohol is the best thing. It will sting but it effectively kills the germs. Buy it at the supermarket

wash your forehead. chances are that they will still come out.
