What is a good source of iron to replace red meat?

my dear if you can eat any kind of meat so you can eat fish or chicken it easy solution but if you does not eating meat you should eat soya beans meat and milk and eggs to get the iron and the protein so you make good decision to stop the red meat i hop every one fellow you you should know the red meat is sickness

Spinach, all green leaf vegetables, eggs, tomatoes, fortified breakfast cereals. Just make a good mix and your iron intake will be satisfactory.

Dark greens, like spinach/kale... brocolli, brussel sprouts, asparagas, and dried fruits apricots, prunes.

Seafoods oysters, tuna, salmon,clams,shrimp

Non-red meats... pork,lamb and liver...
