I noticed while I was in the shower this morning that I tasted blood in my mouth. When I spit there was a little bit of blood. I coughed a little and yellow mucus came up with a little bit of blood in it. I usually have a little drainage in the morning. I spit a little more when brusing my teeth and there was a little blood, but the mucus coming up does not have blood in it should I be concerned. I could not find anything in my mouth that could be bleeding. And I have not had any prior nose bleeds.

I am only 14 years old.
And right now I am about to go to school.
But what should i do with this blood thing?

See a doctor at once. It may be an ulcer or something more serious. You need to consult a professional.

You should see your doctor. Spitting up blood in the morning could be a sign of different problems, ranging from no big deal, to extremely serious. It could be as simple as that you had a slight bloody nose while you were sleeping, just enough to allow some blood to drip down your throat. As a result when you coughed up some mucous in the morning the blood was with it.
It could also be that you have a bleeding ulcer. More than likely you would have been having stomach pains too, but people have been known to ignore them.
Worst case scenerio is cancer, but the spitting up of blood is usually accompanied by other symptoms such as shortness of breath and trouble breathing.
There are many other possible reasons too, so don't get yourself too worked up and just make an appointment so your doctor can give you an exam and run some tests.
I hope all works out well for you. Good luck!

You said you did not "bring up" the blood but, thought it came from your mouth while brushing your teeth. You may be brushing your teeth to vigorously, slow down a little and try it a little softer. You don't have to be so rough on your gums. You could bruise them, creating more problems.
Try that and, if it persists then I'd see my dentist, this could be the beginning of a gum disorder. If your sure it's coming from coughing it up, then see your doctor.

are you sure you don't have any mouth ulcers?..it's best to have your self checked..that may be suggestive of tuberculosis if the bleeding is incorporated in your sputum..if it wasn't from your lowwer respiratory tract, that might just be bleeding because taruma to tha oral mucosa
