Your only 14. Don't freak out. You don't finish growing at 14. You do still grow more between 14 and 18. I'm not sure how many feet and inches those centimeters are, but trust me, you don't want the alternative!

The surgical route breaks your legs and then bolts them back together separating the breaks so that the bones will grow into each other allowing some extra bone growth, but it's usually not a lot. Doctor's usually start this when children are young and need a growth burst for a medical reason.

You can also use platform shoes.

But seriously, models these days are all shapes and sizes. All heights too. There are little people who are models...large size models, kids who are overweight can model regular people can model - someone has to model clothes for the rest of America who isn't 5 foot 8 inches and doesn't weigh 100 pounds! That's just not normal!

So don't be so hard on yourself. Turn 21, then decide what you want to do :). For now, just have fun. Enjoy being 14.

At 14, you're not done growing yet. You probably have at least one more growth spurt ahead of you in a couple of years or so. There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow. There are things, however, that will help with the perception of height. Maintain your posture-- good posture will automatically give you a longer silhouette. Keep your weight within normal limits-- slimness can give the impression of height as well. Certain fabric patterns and styles can help, for that you should talk to a sales person in a clothing store. Finally, don't worry about your height, unless your doctor considers it below average. You don't have to be 6'11" tall and weigh 85 pounds to be a model. Just as there are clothes for all shapes and sizes, so there is a need for models of all shapes and sizes. Be happy with who you are, and your height won't matter.

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

A. Don't worry about it because there is virtually nothing you can do about it.

B. Most men do not mature until 18-20 so you will likely have a growth spurt, but don't expect to be real tall if your parents aren't. You will likely wind up around your dad's height if you are 155cm already.

C. You don't necessarily have to be tall to be a model..

Growth hormone injections perhaps.

Other than that, make sure you get plenty of exercise and have a good diet. Don't smoke.

More importantly though, is there a cause for your height? Certain medications can slow/stop growth, as can various conditions.

You could also just be a late bloomer, height-wise. It's not uncommon for people who are shorter to catch up by growing for longer, or growth spurts in their late teens.
