i had a really vivid dream about my ears. they felt really hot and they started leaking all of this gunge....like tidal waves of the stuff coming out of my ears...felt like i was losing my insides! i was watching it come out in the mirror, panicking, suddenly the hot orangey stuff turned to blood. i was losing so much dark red hot blood from my ears I started to feel faint. i ran for help before i passed out but when someone looked down my ear they said there was nothing wrong but i knew there was

I dont think that the Gunge itself needs to be concerntrated on. The fact that you had a Dream about 'ears' could mean that you have had some bad news just recently OR your waiting for some news and you FEAR it may be bad!
It could also mean that there is something your turning a 'Deaf Ear' to at the moment?? Has anyone advised you on anything recently that you choose NOT to hear??
If so.....It maybe your Subconcious telling you to Hear them out.
So I guess in one way the Gunge could Symbolise......'Advise' or 'Bad News'

I wonder if you have heard anything that disturbed you recently . . . .perhaps unpleasant news or maybe even just gossip. Has your mind been subconsciously pondering on this disturbing thing?
If so then that is the nasty stuff coming out of your ears - you don't want to have heard it - you want to un-hear it - if only that were possible.
Maybe others would think that you are over-reacting to this unpleasant bit of information (hence no-one sees anything wrong in your ear) but you know the true significance to yourself.

It sounds like it could be a couple of different things, it could be that you have had a bad fight with someone, and don't want to hear what they are saying to you, and you feel that others around you are ignorant of the situation, or indifferent to it, or it could be that there is someone in your life who is verbally abusive to you on a regular basis, and all this abuse has left you emotionally drained and over whelmed, but someone you would go to for help doesn't understand, or is indifferent .....

I may not really know what does it means but based on our belief, it signifies that someone you love maybe hurt or ill. although it may not hundred percent. It was the old folks says.
