No.It's vice versa.The cold environment caused more itchy than the warm temperature.Try Zerpine 1 pill daily until the symptoms disappear.

Why don't you just clear it up so it doesn't itch at all? see your doctor and get meds so you can clear this up, do you know for every time you itch and touch someone your spreading it around? go get the necessary meds and clear it up, it's not hard.

yes actually it does try to stay as cool as possible
