It's another type of shredded wheat biscuit. Kind of like a big Shreddies.

Its a breakfast cereal made into a block,12 or 24 to a packet, to which you add milk (and sugar if you wish) or various toppings of fruit or whatever you like. They have been on the market in Britain all my life, and I am 64, although they have been pushing them commercially on the T.V. lately. You can also get Oatabix from the same Company.

Weet-Bix is the registered trademark of a breakfast cereal made by Sanitarium, and other contributors have given a fairly good description of their composition. In Australia there are similar products as well as generic home brands.

its called weetbix, it is wheat flakes compressed into little 'bricks' that you eat for breakfast.
It is most popular in New Zealand and Australia.
People have it with milk, but also with sugar, jam, and/or banana.
It is very healthy, but isn't particularly tasty xD
