Crab (white and brown meat), prawns, avocado, fresh crisp lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayo mixed with ketchup and a little paprika, a squeeze of lemon. Fresh brown bread or in a crusty french stick, it is delicious!

Favorite sandwich in the world, probably the Tuscan Chicken from Panera Bread. It was chicken breast on onion foccacia bread, with lettuce, tomato, onion and chipotle mayo.
