I guess I would worship nature and it's many intricate interconnections, I would perform rituals and spells (always for good never in malice) ... I would believe in karma (not the right word), any energy I put out would return to me times 3...
But alas I am not a Wiccan.. While I do agree with some Wiccan concepts for instance sending out good means more often than not good will return (that is a pretty universal concept we all learn in kindergarten, "Be nice to others and they will be nice to you.")... I am an Atheist...

let's see, this week i sat around on my computer unless i had to go somewhere, and also cast one spell i found to be needful in addition to my daily candle ritual to rejoice being alive. Also i studied about earth, air, fire and water and the days of the week and their uses, and the phases of the moon, and what colors correspond to what spellwork so i could use the information in a book i'm writing. I finished 4 chapters in said book too. That's what sort of things this witch does.

I'd probably be thinking about how to prepare the house for the changing season, looking forward to gathering stuff in the woods for the fall.
And working on all the crap in my life. Same as anybody else.

humm...what would I do as a witch...
i don't know...do?...i guess I'd go to work, come home, sleep, eat, take care of my dogs and son...err that's it...got it...
as a witch I'd have cats..not dogs...
that's what I'd do...feed the cats =)

If I were a witch I would beg God for forgiveness! When my mom was a teenage, she was a witch. Well guess what happen one night. She saw a demon. From that point on she gave her life to Christ and is a spirit filled woman. She even speaks in toughs.
