do people in dark hollo holes,tragides, have to have net connections to ask for help?is there anthing called net cafe at cheap charges for the poor to ask for support?2 if sombody doest feel real peoples suffering should not make fun of them to double thier suffering.

Your question and details are sketchy and confusing, but the answer is NO. I don't think there are internet cafe's for the poor.

Internet line is always expensive.I work in Public Library before. You can spend whole day there to browse and to chat around. Nobody will ask you to leave.The great news is you do not need to pay even a cent.For the coffee?Bring it from your home or bring some empty bottle to fill water from the free fountain water in the library....Hope your problem is solved.

Not yet but it's a good idea. can some NGO take up the Issue with governments and corporates,specially Internet services providers?

I believe there is such a thing called THE PUBLIC LIBRARY. They have free internet there for you.
