Why is it that in the workplace that a male boss will always treat the attractive females differently than the average female co-workers even though the boss isn't that appealing?
And sometimes these attractive girls take advantage of their male bosses so they can get what they want like a day off or wanting to leave early and they get away with it because they know their boss won't say no to them, and if a average female co-worker ask the male boss if she could leave early, he would respond differently and maybe deny her. WHY??? Give me some suggestions........????????

That is why they have rules, and such for unions. There is discrimination, but in this case, I would say, there is nothing you can do about it. You are either on the good list, or the kick you to the curb. It is really unfortunate that this is the case, but until we as women do something about it, it won't change. just fix up more until that day, play the game. Now, if sex, is on the agenda, take the little flirt to someplace to slap his hands. If you do that, realize that you mght not still have a boss. It is too bad it is this way, women have to just be strong and until that day it is different, which it won't ever be proably, you just have to accept it.. JUST DON'T THINK THE WOMEN WHO ARE HAVING IT GOOD WILL HELP YOU. IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE SEX TO KEEP YOUR JOB, SUE HIM.

What you say is correct and every body knows what ought to be done but it doesn't happen.Where ever discretion is allowed and humans being what they are,such things shall continue,may be in varying degrees.I suppose nothing can be done about it except that unfavored too become smart to devise ways to take undue advantages for themselves.

Bosses should treat all workers equally and fairly. If your boss isn't, report him.
Barring that, have plastic surgery.
