My answer was deleted, someone asked about verses of the bible and I posted exactly what the questioner asked.
WHERE IS THE VIOLATION?
THESE ARE THE VERSES

Ezekiel 23:20
There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.

Ezek. 4:12 says, "Eat the food as you would a barley cake; bake it in the sight of the people, using human excrement as fuel."

2 Kings 18:27 (King James Version) 27But Rabshakeh said unto them, Hath my master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men which sit on the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?

GOD DEMANDED 16,000 VIRGINS BE GIVEN TO SOLDIERS AS WAR PLUNDER AND 32 BE SET ASIDE FOR HIMSELF
Num. 31:31-40 says, "Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Moses. The plunder remaining from the spoils that the soldiers took was 675,000 sheep, 72,000 cattle, 61,000 donkeys and 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.... And the half, the portion of those who had gone out to war, was....16,000 people, of which the tribute for the Lord was 32."

Women rank right up there with cattle, donkeys, and sheep. And they have to be virgins, at that! Imagine a righteous and perfect God wanting 32 virgins to be set aside for himself!

GOD DEMANDS CANNIBALISM IN THE BIBLE.
Lev. 26:29 says, "Ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughter shall ye eat." Jer. 19:9 says, "I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and daughters, and they will eat one another's flesh during the stress of the siege imposed on them by the enemies who seek their lives." Ezek. 5:10 says, "In your midst fathers will eat their children, and children will eat their fathers. I will inflict punishment on you and will scatter all your survivors to the winds." Isaiah 49:26 says, "I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine...." And in John 6:53-54 Jesus says, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.

The three religions that started in the middle east are all derived from the OT. It is interesting how they interpret it. The Jews have their own OT books and relive their history while living in today's world. The Christians dismiss some of the OT when it interferes with the NT. The Muslims dismiss most of the OT and use the Koran only.

Parts of the bible, "the word of god," shows a demented and perverted deity who doesn't deserve to be worshiped. Let's toss all religious texts in the garbage can and help our fellow humans without killing and war and hatred.

Perhaps it is because of the way you posted the answer in a very disrespectful manner. The little side comments and personal opinionated "head lines" are totally unnecessary.

I am not ashamed of my faith, trust, belief, or relationship with the L-RD G-d (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit)- or any of those scriptures. Because I know that in order to understand them; you must research the history of the people -- at that time.

In the year 582 BC, Jerusalem was besieged by Babylonians and that caused a food shortage, which then forced people to resort to cannibalism. Yes, it is an ugly time in the history of Jerusalem and the Israeli people.

Can name just one nation that has not endured an ugly history?

Your taken these verses way out of context for example in John 6:53-54 Jesus is talking with his disciples, he knows that he is going to die soon, and he is giving what is presently known as Holy communion, The bread represents the flesh and the wine represents the blood. He instructs his disciple's that, every time you eat this flesh (bread) and drink this blood (wine) do it in remembrance of me.It has absolutely nothing to do with cannibalism. As far as the sacrifices go, something else your blowing way out of proportion. God new that the sacrifices that were given were only covering up sin not taking it away. That's why he sent his son to die, he was the ultimate sacrifice for all of our sins. You can pull out verses of the Bible all day long and make them look bad, but the least you can do is put them in the correct text so people know what you are talking about.

Sometimes I wonder if you people are just joking around being "deliberately obtuse" or if you actually believe the things that you write here.

What would make you believe that this was written in a literal sense. Do you really believe that they were speaking of actual cannibalism? Come on seriously...really...

Really do you normally read texts that are this old in the same way that you'd read a Stephen King novel? Ya think there might be some symbolism going on here, maybe?

Hate all Christians as much as you like, its amusing to think that you'd think someone would actually care. But at least do so for something that ALL Christians actually believe.

And no, other than being asinine and childish, I don't see that there was any violation.

I didn't see the question so I don't know if it was a violation or not. However, I did see one time where you answered a question with those verses, and it had NOTHING to do with the question asked. I didn't report it, though. I only report things that are truly violations (pornographic avatars, gratuitous profanity, racism, bigotry, hatred, threats of violence, calling out or insulting various other participants...).

So I prefer not to judge whether or not you deserved the violation.

In the meantime, if you think that it was unfair, respond to it. With the new moderation system, if it WAS unfair, you'll get your points back, your answer will be reposted, and those who reported you will lose reputation points.

Good luck.

Being a muslim and reader of bible also I know these are part of some real expression about some real events and some are symbolic prophesies or historical real events. I can epxlain each but I finsh on saying there is not violation in it.

Yeah, the Bible can be a pretty hairy book at times. After I had kids, I realized God was a harried and ultra-frustrated parent trying to get His kids to obey so He could keep them alive. I realized that one day when I told my 3-y-o ADHD son if he didn't settle down I was going to take his leg off and smack him over the head with it (which was, of course, an empty threat). When he started crying, "No! Not my leg! Don't take my leg off!" I realized how stretched and taxed
God had to have been to say the things He said through the OT prophets.

This is for the mockers and scoffers....

The lake of fire is the ultimate destination of everything wicked--Satan, the beast, the false prophet, the demons, death, the grave, and all those whose names are not recorded in the Book of Life because they did not place their faith in Jesus Christ. John's vision does not permit any gray areas in God's judgment. If by faith we have not identified with Christ, confessed him as Lord, there will be no hope, no second chance, no other appeal.

I will pray that you accept Jesus as your Savior and I will forgive you for being ignorant of the Bible. You might want to read it.

Well, someone didn't like it or you might have brought them out of context. Although I'm a Muslim and not Christian, I think your cherry picking some verses from the bible and using for it your own selfish purposes is not right. Read them in context. If still they sound violence then you have every right to say whatever you want. I don't have the context and you obviously picked this from some anti-Christian website which didn't provide the context either.

Well, I don't know. **** happens all the time dude.
