So one must accept Favor with Faith, to make your behavior change.
And in condemning someone, one cannot honestly accept favors from Another.

In forgiving, you show your belief in "forgiveness." It then becomes your nature to be forgiving, as well as to be forgiven.

You cannot love someone who abuses
your ears, your eyes and your heart.
With God, you can, however, do what
is humanly, impossible.
You can dismiss what is amiss
and replace love with grace.-C. K. Charry

Hi, Goodvoicewoman.

For those who are trapped in a tangled web of sin and self-condemnation, grace is the only way out. For we have no power to undo the harm we've done to others, or to repair a broken relationship with God. But if we repent and turn to God, he will freely forgive everything by grace, just as the father of the Prodigal Son welcomed him back into the family.

As you wrote, repenting and accepting forgiveness requires faith. For we can't see God, but we can know him through the words and actions of Jesus, the Son of God.

Part of his teaching was that if we are unwilling to forgive, we can't be forgiven. In the prayer that every Christian knows, we ask our Father to "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us."

Cheers,
Bruce

Grace comes from Jesus Christ, Eph. 2 verses 8&9. For by grace are ye saved thru faith, and not of yourselves, it is a gift from God. In order to get that grace you must be born again, John 3:3, When you accept Jesus as your Lord it changes you on the inside, thats why very few people are Christians these day, nobody wants to change from the inside out, to be different, it takes courage to believe in the Bible now. Are you a person of courage, if you will take one step Jesus will take two. He will give you the strength if you will just believe and give him a chance, just say this sinners pray and you to can be saved, you can come out and be seperate, 2 Cor.6:17, say this with a believing heart, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!
