Allergies such as to the kind of soap you do your laundry with could be a cause for itching. Also, sometimes the kind of material our clothes are made out of can cause itching.
I would recommend seeing your doctor as well for additional information and evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

This could be from a number of causes, have you moved recently? Because this could be your body's way of aclimating to a new climate. Have you started taking any new medication? It could be an allergic reaction to something. I would suggest seeing a doctor before it gets more progressive...Best Wishes.

Itching is so annoying, it is probably an allergic reaction so something, benadryl and claratin help for that until you find the cause, claratin doesnt make you tired. and benadryl will knock you out cold hope that helps

Maybe you ate something you are allergic into. Better, drink lots of water - i mean water therapy. It will wash away all the allergens in your body.

I would first consider allergies. Any medicines you take may cause this as well. I know that if I take anything with Hydrocodine/condone it happens to me as well.

take an antihistamine....if you aren't taking anything else...benadryl or even tylenol PM should take care of it. If it persists in the morning, call your doctor....it could be a whole lot of things.

Some washing powders can cause skin allergies, have you changed your powder recently?
