Hospital management and Physio are completely different types of careers.

Hospital management involves administration and organisation, while physio has you working directly with patients.

Both have good job prospects, but I think physio will start out with better pay while Hospital management won't.

Health care is a growing field and there is plenty of work for both. Hospital management can give you opportunities in private industry, or a chance to head to the top and run vast health care networks (but dealing with doctors is a pain).

Personally I would say the choice depends on the type of work you prefer and wether you want to be an administrator or work directly with patients.
