Jesus was an Aramaic Jew.
Since man was created in God's image He must be representative of all races--including black.
God made us adaptable and is in no way racist. Many of the world's strongest and best Christians have been black.
I see no issue here.

As far as I am concerned, the color of the L-rd Jesus Christ's skin does not matter -- the importance is what He did for all people and that is what should count.
If He is a Black - Hallelujah!!
If He is an Asian - Hallelujah!!
If He is a Latino - Hallelujah!!
If He is a South Pacific Islander - Hallelujah!!
If He is a Caucasian - Hallelujah!!
If He is a ........
Well, you get the idea.

Why do you think God isn't black? (Check out the Book of Jeremiah.) Jesus had some black in Him! He was descendant of Solomon who was at least 1/2 black (Bat Sheba was black), and whose favorite wife (the Shulamite in Song of Songs, and the only woman to write a book of the Bible) was black. The Bible didn't record who her children were, unfortunately. It leaves out a lot of details about women.

why is god black????
God has no color. God isn't human. Angels aren't human and god isn't an angel.
Christians relate god to jesus that i guess we could say is white.......but would be more of "tanned". Regardless, isn't as white as the pics claim him to be. I'm not christian....but still jesus was only the human representation of god to them.....not god in his real form. I guess you can still argue on the skin color, but why wouldn't he present himself as the same color to the people he was addressing. He could've been green if he wanted to.........but thats not a question. Previous biases are bringing this quesiton to light.

God isn't ANY color. God transcends all description in our primitive human languages. We were created in his image, so in a way every human you look at you are seeing God to a point. But God is beyond any physical description we can offer. As far as Jesus goes, if anything he looked Arabic-ish. That's just geography. Sorry.

God is the God of the whole world. He's not black or white.
Jesus was born into the jewish nation, so he was a jew.
What is supposed to be racist about this?

No one has actually seen Jesus (God) in person.. people just assume he looks a certain way.. so how can anyone be sure of what he looks like? Either way.. is it really that important?

God isnt any color or race, and Jesus was'nt black your right, but he was'nt white either. He was Jewish, and if you think about it, what color are the people in Isreal? BROWN. They had med. to dark skin, but this really has no relevece if you worship him, what diffrence does this all really make?

lol. I've seen jesus done as black. And done a LOT as hispanic. Really he would have been very close to middle eastern in reality. He definitely was not the lily white that the church uses in their ads. So pretty much we are at war with his race. yay!

He wasn't white either. Anyways he wouldn't have cared what color to be. And anyone who would care why he was not black or white is a racist.
