Diverticulitis. Diverticulosis. Hemoroids (sp). Benign growth/tumor. Less likely possibility is cancer. Other possibilities.
It has been happening a long time. you need to get checked by the doctor. They will probably do tests called upper and lower gi. It will be revealing, but uncomfortable. They will probably give you a sedative. You need to get checked.

No, you're not dying. You're too young to die at only 19. So far I replied to 3 of your 4 questions. Don't fret. Don't panic! Becoming more anxious will not get you anywhere. The bloody stools might be due to excessive BM or diarrhea due to the iritation or inflammation of the colon lining. Another cause would be gastritis or stomach ulcer. It might only be due to IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome ) .
Or even Chron's disease( called regional enteritis or ilitis) which is accompanied with pain on the right side. it might be due to diverticlosis. If it's situated on the left side, then it's ulcerative colitis. It might be due a simple case of bleeding hemorrhoids; colon polyps. This is true if the bleeding is bright red. However, hemorrhoids and colon polyps don't exhibit pains.
It might be due to gastritis or stomach or peptic ulcer. Because your tarry or bloody stools is dark red, then it must be from an upper GI source like an ulcer. . As digestion has taken place in the stomach and the upper part of the small intestione.
It might be due to dysentery from water contaminated with bacteria and protozoa.

There are dozens of things this could be. Most all can be corrected. At your age, I would expect it to be one of those. Get the tests and follow through with your doctors. You will probably be very relieved soon when you find out what it is. There is no way to diagnose or even guess over a forum like this without tests. My first guess (and only a wild guess) is possibly diverticulitis. You may have to change your diet, and all will be fine. Just work with your doctor and you will be fine.

Bleeding ulcer? Only the doctor can tell you. If the stool is black then it is internal bleeding which can be caused by a lot of things. If the water in the toilet is red and there is drops of blood then it is more likely to be something like bleeding hemorrhoids. As I say only the doctor can give you an answer as you need to be examined. Symptoms can be the same for many medical problems and the doctor can tell you by checking where the pain is and giving you an endoscopy (Oh the joy).

go to doctor asap. you cannot be bleeding from anywhere period. you may have an abdominal bleed, possibly a torn intestine, etc. Your doctor cannot just say what it is without test, did he do any xray, ct scan, etc.???
You are a teenager? Your parent/guardian should be with you in the emergency room and not you alone online.

if you are worried you should go to the dr tomorrow/today. if you have other symptoms like continuous bleeding, fever, unrelieved pain, you should go to the ER now. no one can tell you what this is until you see a dr and he does some tests.
