no - it means you are dehydrated.
you dont see fat going or coming out of anywhere because body uses it for energy just the way car uses gas for energy.
fat loss is calories in vs calories out - create a slight deficit and your body will use fat reserves for extra energy

Lol I drink 18 - 24 cups of water a day and 4 cups of coffee and my pee is still yellow, at most I can get it to a pale yellow, but it fluctuates.

Yellow pee can also be an indication that your urine is concentrated, which means you're not drinking enough water. Drink more water.

Sometimes...but sometimes the more you sweat the more muscle you're building. I grew up in northern wisconsin and ran cross country even in January...you can sweat...and if you don't sweat, you should see a doctor...it's very unusual even if it's 0 degrees outside if you're really working hard and not sweating. I used to wear sweats, turtlenecks, and things like that while running...and I ALWAYS sweated. Good luck!

You burn fat all the time since it's our main storage for energy. Some people burn it faster and more efficiently than others. Putting on muscle and improving your cardiovascular health makes you one of those people.
